- Prepare the Breading Stations: Set up three separate bowls: one with 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, one with 2 large beaten eggs mixed with 1 tablespoon milk (optional), and one with 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs mixed with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika (if using).
