Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs total)
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly with cooking spray or a small amount of olive oil.
- Prepare the chicken: Season the 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Make sure to rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Arrange chicken in the dish: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the greased baking dish, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Mix the creamy sauce: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup Caesar dressing, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk together until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Spread the sauce: Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is well coated. Feel free to use the back of a spoon to spread it evenly.
- Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and let the chicken bake for about 25-30 minutes. The chicken should be cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), and the top should be golden brown.
- Rest and garnish: Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. This step allows the juices to redistribute. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
