- Prepare the Batter: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, beat together 4 large eggs and 1 cup of sugar until the mixture is creamy and light in color. This process will incorporate air, giving your cake a fluffy texture. Next, mix in 1 cup of milk and 2 cups of grated coconut until evenly combined.
