- Preheat your oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Roll out the pastry: Once the puff pastry is thawed, roll it out lightly on a floured surface. Cut the pastry into four equal squares, approximately 5×5 inches in size.
- Add the cookie dough: Take 1/2 cup of chocolate chip cookie dough and place a generous spoonful in the center of each pastry square.
