Delight in a flaky croissant filled with rich Nutella and topped with fresh berries. A simple yet indulgent treat for any time of day.

- 4 large croissants
- ½ cup Nutella (or any brand of chocolate hazelnut spread)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for dusting)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Take the 4 large croissants and carefully slice each one in half lengthwise. Make sure to maintain the integrity of the croissant, as you want to fill them rather than completely separate them into halves.
- Spread 2 tablespoons (or more to taste) of Nutella evenly on the inside of each croissant half.
- Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries generously on top of the Nutella layer. Ensure each croissant gets an even distribution of berries for balanced flavor.
- Close the croissant halves gently and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until warmed through and the chocolate has softened.
- Once baked, remove the croissants from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Dust the warm croissants with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for an elegant touch. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
