Description

Enjoy Peach Streusel Cheesecake Bliss—creamy cheesecake with sweet peaches and a buttery streusel topping for an irresistible dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs and ½ cup of melted unsalted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 cups of softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy and smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of granulated sugar and continue to mix until well incorporated. Add ½ cup sour cream, 3 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as it may incorporate too much air into your batter.
  3. Add Peaches: Fold in 2 cups of peeled and sliced fresh peaches gently with a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour and Bake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula and place it in the oven. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar to prevent cracks.
  5. Prepare the Streusel Topping: In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup brown sugar, 1 cup all-purpose flour, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Add ½ cup of melted unsalted butter and mix until crumbly. Once the cheesecake is cool, sprinkle the streusel on top.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving. To release the cheesecake from the springform pan, run a knife around the edges and gently remove the sides. Slice into wedges and enjoy your delicious Peach Streusel Cheesecake!
