Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your spinach balls will bake evenly and get that perfect golden-brown crust.
20 oz frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1 bunch chopped green onions
3 large eggs
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Use your hands or a large spoon to combine everything until evenly mixed.
Form the mixture into balls. Using a small ice cream scoop or your hands, shape about 36 balls. Make sure they're not too large, as smaller ones will bake more uniformly.
Place the balls on a greased baking sheet. Ensure that they are spaced out evenly to allow for even cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Keep an eye on them, as ovens can vary in temperature.
Once they are beautifully browned and fragrant, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
