Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). It's vital to start with the right temperature to ensure even baking.
Grease a bundt pan with a bit of cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough. On a cutting board, cut each biscuit into quarters. This will create smaller pieces that can be easily pulled apart after baking. Place these dough pieces into a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese over the dough pieces. Toss gently to incorporate the flavors evenly.
Incorporate the shredded mozzarella, diced pepperoni, and the remaining Parmesan cheese into the bowl with the biscuit pieces. Ensure each piece is coated with the cheesy goodness.
Pour the melted unsalted butter over the biscuit mixture, ensuring each piece is covered. This is crucial for achieving that inviting golden crust.
Carefully place the buttery, cheesy biscuit mixture into the greased bundt pan. Arrange it evenly but feel free to make it slightly chaotic for that “monkey bread” look.
Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes. You’re looking for a golden brown color on top and the cheese to be bubbling.
Once out of the oven, let the monkey bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. This step ensures a perfect release of the warm bread.
