  • 1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley (chopped (optional))
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into fries about 1/4-inch thick. Soak the slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat them dry.

  3. 3

In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until they're evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.

  4. 4

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping or shaking occasionally, until they're golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Gently fold in crab meat, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and parsley.

  6. 6

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or microwave for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  7. 7

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven or air fryer, sprinkle with more Old Bay seasoning, and garnish with parsley if you like. Serve with the cheesy crab dip and lemon wedges.
