  • 2 ripebananas ((mashed, some chunks are okay (about ⅔ cup)))
  • ½ cupunsalted butter ((room temperature))
  • 2 cupsconfectioners' sugar ((sifted))
  • ½ teaspoonkosher salt
  • ¼ cupcaramel topping
  • 1 ½ teaspoonswhole milk ((as needed))

    Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
