- 8 fully cooked turkey breakfast sausage links

- Preheat your oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the eggs: In a mixing bowl, beat 5 large eggs together. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the beaten eggs for brushing later. Scramble the remaining eggs over medium heat until cooked through. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Prepare the crescent rolls: Open the can of refrigerated crescent rolls and unroll the dough. On a flat surface, separate the dough into 8 triangles. These will be the base for your roll-ups.
- Add the fillings: Cut the 4 slices of cheddar cheese in half, creating 8 halves. On each triangle of dough, place a half slice of cheese, followed by a good amount of scrambled eggs and a turkey sausage link.
