Whip up this easy and delicious Strawberry Jello Lasagna for a perfect summer treat! With fresh strawberries, creamy layers, and a crunchy Oreo base, it’s sure to be a hit at any gathering. No baking required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 48 Golden Oreo cookies (ground whole with filling) – Forms the sweet, crunchy base.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted – Binds the cookie crumbs for the crust.
  • 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries, coarsely crushed – Adds a crispy, fruity topping.
  • 32 oz fresh strawberries, sliced – The main flavor component of the jello filling.
  • 1 (3 oz.) pack strawberry flavored gelatin – Helps set the strawberry layer.
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream – Creates a light, airy texture for the whipped cream.
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar – Sweetens the whipped cream and cream cheese layers.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – Enhances flavor across the layers.
  • 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature – Provides creamy, rich texture.
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature – Adds richness to the cream cheese filling.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberry Filling: In a large saucepan, combine the sliced strawberries with dry strawberry Jello powder. Stir gently and heat over medium-low for 2-3 minutes until the gelatin dissolves. Set aside to cool.
  2. Make the Crust: Pulse the whole Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix in melted butter until moistened. Reserve ¼ of the mixture for topping and press the rest into the bottom of your dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with vanilla until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks develop.
  4. Combine Cream Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, blend room-temperature butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Layer the Dessert: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Freeze briefly, then add the strawberry filling. Freeze again before topping with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

  • Substitutions: You can substitute Golden Oreos with any vanilla sandwich cookie if unavailable. Likewise, Cool Whip can replace whipped cream for convenience.
