- Roast the Sweet Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the sweet potatoes into rounds, roughly 1/2-inch thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
