Method
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and prepare the crust.
- Prepare the filling ingredients by cutting asparagus and scallions.
- Mix eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper for the custard.
- Fill the crust with vegetables and pour custard over the top.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, at room temperature, or cold.
