Method
- In a medium sized pot, whisk together the plant milk and coconut milk.
- Bring to a low boil over medium to medium high heat.
- Once boiling, turn down to a simmer and whisk in the blue spirulina, ginger, and cinnamon. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and optionally, mix with a milk frother.
- Whisk in the agave and vanilla until fully integrated.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
