Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened/unsalted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour all purpose
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups blueberries fresh, tossed in 1 tbsp flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 loaf pans (9x5).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs.
  4. Slowly add in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Once combined, carefully fold in the fresh blueberries.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pans evenly.
  7. Place into preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
