Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle tightly starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each rollup.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly, then serve warm.
