Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder (sifted)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

Method
 

  1. In a cup, combine milk, cream, and sugar. Sift in the matcha powder.
  2. Whisk with an electric whisk until smooth and frothy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the coconut water.
  4. Gently pour the matcha mixture over the coconut water to create layers.
