Crispy, healthy Cottage Cheese Chips are baked to perfection with seasoning—great as a snack or appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese small curds, drained well
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – adds a mild earthy flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder – enhances the savory taste
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs optional – try thyme or parsley for extra flavor
  • Salt and pepper – season to taste
  • Olive oil spray – helps achieve a golden-brown crispness

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Cottage Cheese: Drain the cottage cheese thoroughly to avoid soggy chips. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, optional herbs, salt, and pepper until well-combined.
  3. Form the Chips: Using a tablespoon, scoop small mounds of the seasoned cottage cheese onto the baking sheet. Press each scoop down with the back of a spoon to create thin, round chips.
  4. Bake to Perfection: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chips are golden-brown and crispy around the edges. Check frequently after the 15-minute mark to prevent burning.
