Cucumber Dill Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut cucumbers into thin, even rounds.
  2. Chop the dill finely.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream or Greek yogurt, lemon juice or vinegar, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add cucumbers and dill to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best flavor.
