Method
- Add the strawberries and sugar to a tall glass. Crush the strawberries until puréed.4 medium strawberries (with stems removed), 2.5 tbsp white granulated sugar (or granulated cane sugar), 1.5 tsp matcha (ceremonial or everyday grade recommended)
- Add ice cubes over the strawberries, then pour in the milk. Set aside.3/4 cup oat milk (or almond milk / very cold dairy milk)
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until frothy.4 tbsp water (hot, not boiling)
- Pour the matcha over the milk, stir, and enjoy!
