Fresh Radish Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sliced radishes
  • 1/2 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 unit lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Combine sliced radishes, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, and olive oil in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
