Frozen Candied Grapes

These kid-friendly candied grapes are the perfect Sour Patch swap, turning healthy green grapes into nostalgic frozen treats.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups green grapes cleaned
  • 1 cup granulated Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2-3 tsp citric acid optional

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking dish with parchment paper and clean the grapes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cleaned grapes with the juice of 2 limes.
  3. Stir the mixture with a spoon and let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine Monk Fruit sweetener and citric acid.
  5. Take the grapes from the fridge and roll each one in the monk fruit mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Spread the coated grapes on the parchment paper and freeze for 2-3 hours.

Notes

These grapes make a great healthy snack that's reminiscent of sour candy.
