Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Juicy steak bites in rich garlic butter with creamy Parmesan sauce – a quick, indulgent recipe perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak bite-sized
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Season the Steak: Start by taking 1 lb of bite-sized sirloin steak and season it with salt, pepper, and ½ tsp of paprika, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  2. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sear the Steak: Add the seasoned steak to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, lower the heat slightly and add 4 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the Broth: Pour in ¼ cup of beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Create the Cream Sauce: Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. Mix well and allow the sauce to reduce until it thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return the Steak: Add the seared steak back into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with 2 tbsp of chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
