Season the Steak: Start by taking 1 lb of bite-sized sirloin steak and season it with salt, pepper, and ½ tsp of paprika, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Sear the Steak: Add the seasoned steak to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, lower the heat slightly and add 4 tbsp of butter. Once melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the Broth: Pour in ¼ cup of beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Create the Cream Sauce: Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning. Mix well and allow the sauce to reduce until it thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the Steak: Add the seared steak back into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with 2 tbsp of chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
