Preheat your oven:Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), ensuring it reaches the correct temperature for even baking.
Cook the beef mixture:In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Drain any excess grease.
Add cheese:Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well-combined. Set aside.
Prepare the biscuit dough:Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
Fill the biscuits:Place a generous tablespoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching them together to seal well. Make sure the filling is completely enclosed.
Arrange on a baking sheet:Place the filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
Brush with butter:Brush the tops of the sealed bombs with 2 tablespoons of melted butter for extra flavor and a shiny appearance.
Add Parmesan:Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the biscuits before they go into the oven.
Bake:Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. You'll know they’re ready when they’re puffed and golden.
Garnish and serve:Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious creations!
