Method
 

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb ground chicken, 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup ranch dressing, 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to blend everything until evenly combined.
  2. Form the Patties: Once mixed, portion the mixture into four equal parts and shape each into a patty. Aim for a thickness of about 1 inch for even cooking.
  3. Cook the Chicken Patties: Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, place the hamburger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned and warm.
