Greek Yogurt Parfait

This Fruit and Yogurt Parfait recipe is made by layering yogurt with granola and fruit. It is quick and easy to put together.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional - more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola or store bought granola

Method
 

  1. If using a sweetener, mix it with Greek yogurt in a small bowl until fully combined.
  2. To layer the yogurt parfait, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or a bowl. Top it off with half of the fruit and half of the granola. Cover them with the rest of the yogurt and top it off with the rest of the fruit and granola.
  3. If preferred, finish it off with a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
