Ground Turkey Taco Soup

This soup recipe is simple to put together and only needs 30 minutes to cook until it's done. The entire family will love it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground Turkey
  • 15 oz corn canned, drained
  • 15 oz petite diced tomatoes canned
  • 16 oz kidney beans canned, drained and rinsed
  • 16 oz black beans canned, drained and rinsed
  • 8 oz salsa
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 14 oz vegetable broth

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, start by cooking and crumbling ground turkey. Drain fat then return it to the stove top.
  2. Drain and rinse corn and beans. Place your beans and remaining ingredients into your pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with your favorite taco toppings. Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, and cilantro.
