Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 small lemon zest from
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor
  • 1 Medium Bowl (optional, for manual mixing)

Method
 

  1. In the bowl of the food processor, add the goat cheese (break into crumbles), then add the dill, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Process until smooth. If you’d like, you can also mix the ingredients together in a medium bowl with a fork or spoon until well combined.
