Shape the dough: Roll each portion of dough into a log shape and place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Leave enough space between the logs as they will spread during baking; it’s best to place only two logs on one tray!
Flatten the rolls: Use your fingers to gently flatten each roll slightly, preparing them for baking.
Bake the cookies: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
