Wash the peaches thoroughly under running water.

Remove the peaches and immediately place them in ice water to stop the cooking process.
Peel the skins off the peaches.
Slice the peaches into desired sizes.
Arrange the peach slices on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze for about 1-2 hours.
Transfer the frozen peach slices into airtight freezer bags or containers, removing as much air as possible.
Label the bags with the date and return them to the freezer.
