  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Lay the pepperoni slices on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced slightly apart.
  4. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese on top of each pepperoni slice.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes.
