In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Fold in crab meat, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and parsley.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or microwave for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
Remove the fries from the oven or air fryer, sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning, and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with cheesy crab dip and lemon wedges.
