Pecan Pie Lasagna

Indulge in a delightful twist on dessert with our Pecan Pie Lasagna recipe. Layers of flavor make this a must-try treat for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

Whipped Cream:
  • 2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
Filling:
  • 4 1/2 cups of milk
  • 3 packages of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups of pecans halved
  • 1/4 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Graham crackers for layering

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Whipped Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat together 2 (8-oz.) packages of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar until fluffy. Gradually add 1 cup of heavy cream to the mixture, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Make the Filling: In another bowl, whisk together 4 1/2 cups of milk, 3 packages of vanilla pudding mix, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Fold in 1/4 cup of chopped pecans and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Allow the filling to thicken for about 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of halved pecans with 1/4 cup of caramel sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  4. Layer the Ingredients: In a 9"x13" pan, start by adding a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Top with a layer of graham crackers, followed by the prepared pudding mix. Add another layer of the cream cheese mixture, then finish with the pecan topping. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
  5. Serve: Before serving, drizzle extra caramel sauce on top for added sweetness. Enjoy every delicious bite!
