Pineapple Dump Cake

This easy Pineapple Dump Cake recipe is a quick dessert made with only four ingredients. The perfect sweet treat topped with vanilla ice cream and maraschino cherries!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 box (15.25 oz.) yellow cake mix or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread crushed pineapple, with juice, in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top of the crushed pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar over the cake mix.
  5. Melt 1 cup of butter and pour evenly over top.
  6. Bake in 350°F oven for 50 to 55 minutes until light golden brown on top and bubbling at the edges.
  7. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
