Method
- Puree mango for the sauce. Pass through sieve.
- Add sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Mix panko, graham crumbs, and cinnamon.
- Dip pineapple slices, first into flour, then egg, then panko.
- Heat oil to 350°F.
- Deep-fry pineapple slices.
- Sprinkle with sugar, serve with mango sauce.
