  1. Prepare the crust: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out your pre-made pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Place it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Once done, let the crust cool while you prepare your filling.
  2. Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 1 cup heavy cream, 4 oz softened cream cheese, and 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix until the combination is smooth.
  3. Add cheese and turkey: Stir in 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup diced turkey, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and cayenne pepper if you desire a spicy kick. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Assemble the quiche: Pour the filling mixture evenly into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake: Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. You'll know it's done when it’s set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Cool and serve: Once baked, allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes on a wire rack. This cooling time helps the filling set up a bit more. After that, slice it into wedges and enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
