- In the bowl of a food processor, add in the feta, drained roasted red bell peppers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Process on high until the dip comes together, about 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, veggies or use as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
Notes
Adjust the level of heat by varying the amount of red pepper flakes or substituting with jalapeno.
