Star-Spangled Spritz

A vibrant blue spritz cocktail with elderflower liqueur and Blue Curacao, perfect for Fourth of July celebrations.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St Germaine)
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 5 oz Prosecco
  • 1-2 oz Sparkling Water
  • 1 Fresh Strawberry (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Fill a large wine glass or goblet halfway with ice.
  2. Add blue curacao, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice. Top with prosecco until almost at the top, about 5 oz. Finish with a splash of sparkling water. Add edible glitter at any point if you are using it.
  3. Stir with a straw and top with a strawberry garnish on the rim.
