Stick of Butter Rice

This quick and easy Stick of Butter Rice recipe has only 4 ingredients and is a fantastic side dish. It packs a punch of flavor and can be prepped in minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 10 ounce beef broth can use low sodium
  • 10 ounce condensed French onion soup can use low sodium
  • ½ cup unsalted butter thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Add rice, beef broth, and condensed French onion soup to the baking dish, and stir to combine.
  3. Add sliced butter on top. Cover with foil.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes until the rice is tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
