Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional for extra stickiness)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • to taste cooked rice
  • to taste green onions
  • to taste sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into small, even pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
  5. Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  7. Let the mixture simmer until it begins to thicken.
  8. Spoon warm rice into serving plates.
  9. Top the rice with the sticky chicken and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
