Let the frozen watermelon chunks sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to defrost some.
2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup
Add the watermelon, 2 tbsp maple syrup, lime juice, mint, and water to a high-speed blender.
2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup, 1 large Juice of Lime, 1/4 cup Fresh Mint or Basil leaves, 1 1/2 cup Filtered Water
Pulse the blender until the watermelon starts to break up, then blend to a thick, slushie consistency. Adjust maple syrup to taste, adding more if necessary. Add extra water if mixture is too thick.

Divide equally into 4 glasses, serve, and enjoy!
