Ingredients

  • ½ cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint
  • 1 cup Ice

Method

  1. Start by scooping frozen blueberries into a mason jar and thawing them. This shouldn’t take too long. You don’t want them completely thawed but enough to mash them.
  2. Carefully and gently mash the blueberries. Then, squeeze fresh lemon juice into the mason jar.
  3. Add Ice or go no ice. Then add the water. Remember to add your favorite sparkling, mineral, or plain water. If you use plain water, use filtered water for the best results.
  4. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours, or enjoy it immediately.

Notes

Infused water tastes incredible immediately after making it.
