Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the Onions and Garlic: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Cook the Ground Beef: Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon, around 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
