Fruit Jelly

Fruit Jelly is an easy and refreshing dessert made with Agar-agar, perfect for summer.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Agar Agar powder
Any fruit of your choice

Method
 

  1. Add the chopped fruit to the mold/container.
  2. In a pot, mix water, lemon juice, honey, and agar powder, and heat until simmering.
  3. Pour the mixture into the container, let it rest in the fridge for around 1-2 hours.
  4. Enjoy with honey or on its own!

Notes

Feel free to use any fruit you like, and adjust the sweetness to your taste.
