Homemade Fruit Gummies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fruit purée
  • 2–4 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • tbsp grass-fed gelatin not collagen
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • optional: salt or vitamin C powder for preservation

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the fruit purée and sweetener over low heat until just warm—not boiling.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface while whisking constantly until fully dissolved and smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and any optional additions.
  4. Pour into silicone molds or a parchment-lined baking dish. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
  5. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Notes

Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.
