Homemade gummies made with real fruit, gelatin, and sweetened with honey. A healthy all-natural snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 large oranges, peeled
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • a pinch sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Blend oranges until smooth. Strain the puree to extract juice.
  2. Combine coconut milk, honey, and sea salt; warm and whisk in gelatin.
  3. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  4. Blend strawberries, water, and lemon juice; strain the puree.
  5. Combine with honey and sea salt; warm and whisk in gelatin.
  6. Pour into molds, refrigerate for 2 hours.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks; gummies may soften at room temperature.
